We are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional accountancy, audit, and tax services. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services.
- Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives aligned with business strategy.
- Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team.
- Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Organise workflow to maximise team productivity and client satisfaction.
- Support training and development initiatives for team members.
- Promote services to existing and potential clients through networking and engagement.
- ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and client confidentiality.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
- Minimum 3 A-levels (grades A–C) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths level 7+ and English level 6+).
