Senior Client Service Manager

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional accountancy, audit, and tax services. If you are a strategic leader with a passion for client service and team development, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic goals and foster a culture of excellence within the team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services.
  • Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives aligned with business strategy.
  • Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team.
  • Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Organise workflow to maximise team productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Support training and development initiatives for team members.
  • Promote services to existing and potential clients through networking and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and client confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
  • Minimum 3 A-levels (grades A–C) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths level 7+ and English level 6+).
