Our client, a leading manufacturer is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both its workforce and operational compliance processes. This is a diverse, hands-on role covering a broad spectrum of people-related activities, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in HR and employee wellbeing.

You’ll work closely with managers and employees to ensure a smooth experience across the employee lifecycle, assist with training and development efforts, and maintain accurate and compliant records. You’ll also help ensure the workplace environment remains positive, safe, and well-organised.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing new starter processes, contract updates, and employee departures
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data confidentiality
  • Supporting internal recruitment campaigns, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication
  • Scheduling employee training and tracking completion rates to ensure compliance
  • Providing general advice to employees and supervisors on internal policies and procedures
  • Organising employee wellbeing initiatives, including absence tracking and referral support
  • Coordinating uniform orders, benefits administration, and staff communications
  • Assisting with formal meetings and internal investigations by preparing documents and note-taking
  • Supporting internal audits, compliance checks, and internal reporting
  • Collaborating across departments to support internal projects and ensure efficient operations

About You:

  • You have previous experience in an HR
  • You're detail-oriented, highly organised, and can handle sensitive information with discretion
  • You enjoy working independently and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Your communication skills are clear, professional, and people-focused
  • You’re IT-savvy, particularly with spreadsheets and cloud-based systems

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

  • Knowledge of HRIS or HR software
  • Experience supporting employee relations or compliance processes
  • A general awareness of employment practices or workplace regulations
