Quality Manager
Job Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week,Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm & Friday 7.30am – 1pm

A leading manufacturing company who are growing year on year are currently recruiting for Quality Manager to be responsible for compliance with ISO 9001 standards, Internal & external Quality assurance and the Quality Management systems. This role will be working closely with Production, Design, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure that quality processes are implemented and adhered to for customer projects.
Within this role you will be undertaking;
- Developing quality policies to meet customer and business needs
- Quality Management System implementation and ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 and other standards including ISO 45001 H&S, ISO14001 Environmental
- Product testing & inspection to ensure that all products are manufactured to the required quality standards
- Undertake and lead root cause analysis and implement corrective / preventative actions
- Ensure supplier quality standards are met
- Management of customer RMAs and warranty claims
- Managing of customer quality issues / complaints to resolve in a timely manner
- Auditing – internal, customer & supplier and any other third-party audits.
For this role we are looking for you have;
- Previous quality engineering / quality management experience
- Experience of working within a production assembly environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001
