Site Technical Administrator

Site Technical Administrator - Ffestinog, Wales 

I am looking for a Site Technical Administrator for large contruction site in North Wales.

Profile:

• Document handling.
• Submission and tracking of documents towards client and subcontractors.
• Request for safety induction.
• Site cash handling.
• Update of our InsiteLMS construction diary system (training will be provided).
• Alignment with local contractors for instance ordering of some material by phone or email.
• Should be fit with computer software.
• Right mindset to work on a construction site and not in a nice warm office.
• Committed to the employer because some information is also confidential.
• Flexible in regards of work tasks. The work needs to be done as it comes.
• Some basis experience in assembly works and in best case commissioning would be required in order to understand what is going on.

Hours: 9 hours per day Monday to Friday + Saturday on request (at peak)

Rate:

• Basic Hours £35.00 h/r LTD or CIS.
• Overtime 1 (Sat) £45.50.
• 8 hours travel per month
• Per Diem
