Have you worked with a varied Accounts role that includes Sales Ledger processing, Timesheets, Expenses and balancing ledgers?

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to start with our client on a 3-6 month contract initially as soon as possible.  

What the Accounts Administrator job involves

  • Creating and sending complex sales invoices to clients
  • Ordering PPE and equipment for each project and charging back to the end client
  • Checking contractor timesheets, expenses are correct and creating invoices to charge back to the client
  • Agreeing contractor hours with the client to be worked and checking this is accurate
  • Supporting a variety of different projects at any one time
  • Supporting the wider finance team with any other accounts support

Skills required

  • Previous Accounts experience from within a Sales Ledger / Accounts Admin / Accounts Assistant position
  • Self managed and able to work in a busy finance team
  • A good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous use of Sage or similar accountancy packages

Other information

  • 35 hours a week Monday to Friday
  • 3-6 month contract
