About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, your work goes far beyond machine repair. You’ll ensure seamless production by performing:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Reduce downtime and boost productivity.
  • Fault Finding: Use PLC diagnostics and other tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Machine Reliability Improvements: Take a proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
  • Project Work: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering innovation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have a proactive, “fix it right the first time” mindset.

Requirements:

  • Multiskilled with a mechanical or electrical bias
  • Experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced sectors
  • Apprentice trained and NVQ Level 3 qualified
  • Comfortable with shift rotations and overtime as required
