An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Client Manager to join a well-established estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional residential sales services.

As a Sales Negotiator / Client Manager, you will be arranging and conducting property viewings, handling buyer enquiries, and supporting clients throughout the entire sales process.

This full-time role offers competitive basic salary and OTE £50,000 - £60,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working proactively to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Negotiating offers and securing successful transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and colleagues.
  • Generating referrals for associated services such as mortgages and conveyancing.
  • Ensuring compliance with property legislation and company processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales Negotiator, Property Consultant, Sales Manager, Client Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in residential property sales.
  • Confident in handling negotiations and completing deal.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
