Join Our Team of Electricians Now!
We are looking for a fully qualified, experienced EV electrician to join our friendly, family run company. Our renewables team is in need of a full time EV charger installer to undertake 1-2 jobs per day, between 8am and 4pm. Experience is essential.
We have a friendly team of hard workers and a rapidly increasing rate of work with overtime available. All works are done to the highest standard.
Main duties of EV Installer
- Undertake EV charger installations with numerous brands ie. Hypervolt, Zappi, Ohme
- Complete the necessary certification/electronic job forms to ensure our customer receives paperwork in a timely manner.
- Undertake additional duties as instructed by the Operations Manager where required.
- Conduct occasional site visits to ensure all pre-installation requirements are met and to submit site surveys to the relevant manager.
- Work as a team member during installations, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality work with adherence to our standards of installation, best practice, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements for EV Installers:
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of EV charging unit
- EV charger Installation Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in electrotechnical installations such as C&G 2365 Level 3 or 2330 or equivalent
- Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS: 7671:2018
- Level 3 Award in Domestic Vehicle Charging Equipment Installation C&G 2919
- Testing and inspection experience or relating qualification.
