We are looking for fully qualified, experienced electricians to join our team where we undertake a mixture of commercial and domestic electrical works. Our works vary from local electrical domestic work around Fleet, Hampshire upto high end fit outs in London, including planned and reactive maintenance and solar pv/battery installations.
Experience is essential to this role. The successful electrician will need to hit the ground running in a busy team. Our electricians will work as part of a team and on their own and all work must be completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities of Electrician:
- 1st and 2nd fix installation work
- EICRs
- EV charger installations
- Routine maintenance and testing on circuits
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Test & certify own works using company provided software
Requirements for Electrician:
- NVQ Level 3 & AM2
- 18th edition
- Ideally 2391 qualification
- Full Clean UK Driving license

Downlight Electrical is a family run electrical contractor that has grown rapidly since we were founded in 2018. We have a team of 15 engineers currently and are looking to expand our team in Fleet, Hampshire. We have a friendly team of hard working electricians and a rapidly increasing rate of work with overtime available.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, overtime available
