Our client, based in Fleet, have a wonderful opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Coordinator to join their small and friendly team, on a permanent basis.
This role requires someone to commit to working Monday-Friday, for 25 hours per week. We are looking for positive applicants, who can demonstrate having previously worked in a role requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Are you able to commit to working Mon-Fri (25 hours per week)?
  • Do you have previous accounts administration experience?
  • Would you describe yourself as having strong numeracy skills as well as good accuracy and attention to detail?
  • Do you live within close, commutable distance to Fleet?

Duties will include:

  • Raising Customer invoices and statements using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Processing Supplier invoices, credit notes and employee expense claims using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Liaising with Customers and Suppliers with regard to invoices and outstanding payments
  • Generating reports from QuickBooks and providing insights to management as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks would be an advantage but not a necessity
