Our client based in Fleet, Hampshire are currently recruiting for Warehouse/Productions operatives to join their Production team.

You could be a recent colleague or university leaver looking for some well-paid work with great Mon-Fri hours.

Or you could be an experienced Warehouse or Production operative looking to settle into a social team who have created a great atmosphere both in and out of work in a role that is perfect for someone looking for reliable, long-term position!

Please note: due to the location of our client you will need to have access to your own mode of transport.

Job Title: Warehouse/Production Operative.

Hours: Monday to Friday (12 months)

Location: Fleet

Salary: £12 - £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working efficiently to ensure all production lines are running at full capacity
  • Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth flow of work
  • Working in various parts of the line to gain a full understanding of the products and the overall operation
  • Identifying/reporting any damaged or faulty stock
  • Picking and checking of existing inventory/stock
  • Adhering to health and safety standards set out for all employees
  • Partaking in relevant training when required to up-skill
  • Working quickly and smartly to identify and solve problems as and when required
  • Adhoc duties which may include, soldering, data work, rewiring, assembly, managing deliveries etc.

Essential skills required:

  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to be involved in a hands on role
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • MS Office skills
  • Access to your own form of transport
  • Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous)
