Position: Full-Time Temporary Office Co-ordinator
Contract: 2 months with a view to extending
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, working from home but must be close to either Fleetwood or Newcastle
Hourly rate: 12.86
Job Description:
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support and secretarial services to the Strategic Communications and Engagement (SC&E) Service of the Future NHS Workforce Solution Transformation Programme.
The post holder will support the Senior Programme lead and Programme lead with day-to-day workstream management and their extensive engagement and relationship management , this will include arranging meetings, prioritising work and managing complex diaries with senior delivery partners and stakeholder. Reporting to the Senior ESR Transformation Programme Lead, the administrator will also manage complex administration for the team, ensuring planned activities are completed by the intended deadline. They will work closely with the Governance and Business Manager and Governance and Business Coordinator, providing cover and support where required.
Requirements:
The post holder requires excellent organisational skills, must be flexible and able to work on their own initiative in resolving problems when they arise independently, along with a consistently high professional approach, they must have experience of diary management, secretarial support, event co-ordination and wider team administration service support.
