YR1 Teacher Required Fleetwood area- November  2025
We are looking for a Teacher to cover a Year 1 class for the rest of the academic year in an very well run and popular primary school in Fleetwood This position is full time and will involve all the expectations of a KS1 Teacher. The role is covering a potential long term sickness leave. more experienced and dynamic ECTs will be considered too. We are looking to speak to interested Teachers ASAP so we can get the right person for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality lessons to pupils in the absence of the regular Â
 classroom teacher
• Deliver lessonsÂ
• Manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies andÂ
 procedures
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that isÂ
  conducive to learning
• Provide feedback to students and the regular teacher on theirÂ
 progress and areas for improvement
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (ECTs May apply)
• Proven experience in teaching in a primary or school setting
• Good classroom management skills and the ability to engage andÂ
  motivate students
• A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service orÂ
 willingness to undergo a DBS check through ourselves
