We are looking for extraordinary people to join us as Lleol Foster Carers - including those who have worked as Education Outreach Workers, engaging young people outside traditional settings to overcome barriers, improve attendance, and boost educational outcomes. If you've supported young people facing complex challenges, helped them build confidence, or worked directly in schools or community environments, you could offer the safe, therapeutic home that transforms lives.

Could You Be a Lleol Foster Carer?

We're looking for individuals or couples who:

  • Have professional or personal experience in supporting children & young people

  • Can provide a nurturing, therapeutic home environment

  • Have at least one spare bedroom that can be dedicated to fostering

  • Hold a full driving licence

  • Are able to offer their full-time commitment to this role

  • Can work as part of a professional team, attend meetings, and engage in training

  • Are resilient, reflective, and ready to parent in a new and guided way

  • Are open to registering as self-employed

Ideally, you won't have other children under 16 living in your home (though exceptions may apply dependent on individual fostering experience).
