Line Operative– Flint(4 x Positions)

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week.

Rate of pay: £14.21 per hour

Shift pattern: Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am with 2 x 20-minute paid breaks.

We are an accredited Real Living Wage employer.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a number of Line Operatives to join our busy team, based in Flint. Working to The Navigator Company (formerly Accrol Group) principles and values, you will ensure safety remains the number one priority through your actions and behaviours

You will play a role in manufacturing our products and will make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. In the role, you will work as part of a team to support the production lines as directed. Your duties will include packing product into outer cases and checking seal / pack integrity, labelling outer of cases, palletising finished product, completing relevant paperwork and undertaking safety observations and reporting.

Our goal is to supply a world class customer service and so our operatives must work efficiently and have a proactive and motivated approach. The role is part of a structured pay scale so there are opportunities to progress and receive further training and development to help achieve your personal goals.

About You

You should have a desire to deliver high quality standards with a real “can do” attitude and enjoy a team working environment. You should also feel comfortable working independently with the ability to contribute constructively to continuous improvement ideas.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualities

  • Experience of working in a busy FMCG environment.
  • Experience packing area palletising, wrapping and managing fold.
  • Experience splicing fabrics and reel management.
  • Passion and drive for success.
