The HR Consultant position is available for a multinational consumer goods corporation, located in Flint, Barrow, or remotely.
This is a 9-month contract role requiring 37.5 hours of work per week, with pay rates ranging from £20 to £24 per hour.
The consultant will manage employee relations cases in the UK, conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations, and provide coaching to leaders.
Candidates should have significant experience in HR, preferably with a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a background in FMCG or manufacturing.
High volume disciplinary and long-term sickness absence management experience is desirable for this role.

Job Description

SRG are looking for a HR consultant to join al multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces paper-based consumer products. This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions.
Conducting disciplinary investigations and hearings
Conducting grievance investigations
LTS absence management
Capability management
Conducting case report writing, writing comprehensive outcome letters.
Coaching leaders through ER casework and willingness to be hands on vs advisory.

Experience and Qualifications

Seasoned in role with demonstrable experience.* Keen to expand ER knowledge* CIPD Level 5.Desirable criteria:* FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience.* High volume disciplinary and LTS absence management experience
