Junior Design and Project Engineer required for my client who work within the metal fabrication services of the engineering industry, based in Flint, Wales.
The successful junior design and project engineer will work directly within the growing engineering team in the business. They will help in the design and project lay out of the company's on-going engineering products.
Junior Design and Project Engineer Job Overview* Assist MD, Design Manager and Senior project engineers* Mechanical cad design of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrications.* Mechanical cad design of piping systems* Raising quotes.* Managing project documentation including health and safety and quality documentation.* Meeting clients/ site surveys.
Junior Design and Project Engineer Job Requirements* Degree or equivalent qualification in a mechanical engineering or design disciplines.* Current or previous experience working in a design and / or project role would be beneficial.* Experience within piping and metal fabrication services industry, of engineering.* Based within a commutable distance of Flint, Wales.* Full UK driving licence would be preferable.
Junior Design and Project Engineer Salary & Benefits* Salary - £28,000 to £30,000 - dependent upon experience, skill and qualifications.* Full time position - Monday to Thursday (08:00am to 17:00pm) and Friday (08:00am to 16:00pm). 30-minute lunch. (41.5 hour week).* 22 days holiday plus the 8 statutory / bank holiday days.* Company pension scheme / enrolment.* Other company benefits.
