Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Direct school plays, performances, and other drama-related events.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their skills.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate drama into the broader educational experience.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of drama techniques, performance skills, and theatre history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience in directing and producing theatrical performances is a plus.
