- Launch, manage, and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms, ensuring they align with KPIs.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to build and optimise campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance, track budgets, and provide regular performance reports to ensure quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and the Paid Team to develop strategies that maximise ROI and drive growth.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and client communications by offering clear, actionable updates and insights
The successful Paid Specialist should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5years+ of Paid Media experience (minimum).
- Google Ads certification (Search and Display).
- Proven experience in building and optimising campaigns on Google (mandatory) and Meta (mandatory); Microsoft experience is a plus.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimising campaign performance.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is desirable but not essential
