My client, who has offices across Kent with a highly experienced team of Employed Chartered Advisers are a wealth planning practice who have been operating for over 25 years. I have placed several members of staff in the business and met the Directors. They maintain a very high level of staff satisfaction and low turnover. They have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators, business owners and families across Kent, Sussex & London with up to £20m of investable assets. I am speaking directly to the Managing Director. Business is busier than ever with a growing number of new queries coming into their inboxes through referrals and recommendations.

My client are open to recruiting an experienced Financial Administrator from an independent financial advice firm. You will be working in a pooled environment of other administrators, of which I have placed 2 staff into the admin team. You will be conducting end to end administrative support, processing new business, providing an ongoing service for existing clients, creating meeting packs, preparing for annual reviews, assisting advisers' diaries, updating and ensuring a tidy and effective use of Intelligent Office, their back office system. My client uses: Novia, Fidelity, Transact, Quilter, Royal London & Aviva.

  • Salary: (negotiable)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (33 days)
  • 37.5 hours per week (8.30 to 5 with hour for lunch)
