We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our busy and friendly team in Folkestone. If you have substantial experience operating Counterbalance forklift trucks and are looking for a role where you can grow and make a significant impact, this position might be perfect for you!
Day-to-day of the role:- Operate Counterbalance forklift trucks to move and manage stock efficiently within the warehouse.
- Ensure safe handling of goods to prevent damage and adhere to safety protocols.
- Perform general warehouse duties to support the flow of operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to enhance productivity and safety.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the team's goals and supporting colleagues.
- Proven experience as a Counterbalance FLT Driver with a valid, externally accredited reach truck license (in-house licenses cannot be accepted).
- Strong attention to detail – precision in handling and positioning goods is crucial.
- Must drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the warehouse.
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality records.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to work unaided when necessary.
