We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our client's team in Folkestone. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who excels in all areas of human resources. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR practices within our organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars, and manage staff inductions.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and legal requirements.
  • Support the HR manager in compliance checks and audits.
  • Organise and maintain schedules and calendars for HR management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and legal compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
