Our client is seeking two Bench Assemblers. This role is offered as a temp position through to Christmas and then possible for January 2026
Start Monday 8th December - weekly pay – PAYE.
There will be a break after 24/12 restarting on Monday 5/1/26
The role involves mechanical assembly – using hand tools to fit components, operating machinery to cut – assemble parts etc – packing and general housekeeping of the production area.
Location:       Folkestone – CT19
Hours:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 40 per week
                       8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday
                       8am to 2pm, FridayÂ
Rate:              starting rate up to £12.21 ph PAYE, weekly pay
Please note due to our client’s location candidates may need to have their own transport or live within a 20 minute walk of CT19 5
As Bench Assembler you will work within a small production team on a production line assembling equipment (no experience of assembling is required but use of hand tools is essential as is being able to stand for the whole shift).
Suitable Bench Assembler candidates will need to possess excellent hand to eye coordination and be physically fit as the job is standing all day with some heavy lifting involved.
Previous use of assembly / machine operating would be beneficial
Having your own STC boots or shoes is essential.
