Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain and organise client files, both digital and physical.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to fee-earners and assist with case management.

Skills:

  • Strong typing and document formatting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.

Qualifications:
