The Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for children's academic and personal development. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Using a variety of teaching strategies to cater to the individual needs of students and promote their progression

- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of students
- Creating a positive and nurturing classroom culture that promotes resilience, respect, and a passion for learning
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 students, with a strong understanding of early years pedagogy
- Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
