Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:

In this rewarding role as a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver imaginative and engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of every student.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Plan, prepare, and present lessons that spark curiosity and encourage active participation.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear, constructive feedback that helps students grow and thrive.
  • Maintain a safe and well-managed classroom that promotes mutual respect, collaboration, and a sense of community.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, offering regular updates on student development and working together to support each child's journey.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.
  • Support child development in academics but also in social and emotional.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching at the Primary level
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners
