Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Deliver imaginative and engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of every student.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
- Plan, prepare, and present lessons that spark curiosity and encourage active participation.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear, constructive feedback that helps students grow and thrive.
- Maintain a safe and well-managed classroom that promotes mutual respect, collaboration, and a sense of community.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, offering regular updates on student development and working together to support each child's journey.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching at the Primary level
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners
