The role - As a Project Manager, you play a vital role in awakening potential and delivering excellence to our clients. Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to understand objectives, develop project plans and roadmaps, manage scope and change, and flawlessly coordinate activities between different teams to deliver on time and on budget, to achieve our client's goals..
The Project Manager will be required to do the following:
- Manage assigned projects, from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines, briefs and budget.
- Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers to understand client's goals, expectations and retainer size.
- Develop detailed project plans and Roadmaps to guide internal and external stakeholders, and update plans based on changing needs and requirements.
- Ensure accurate briefs are provided to the delivery teams, including timelines, and drive the delivery of work through to completion.
- Ensure internal admin tasks are completed to set deadlines, including project updates, reporting, and Asana status updates to track project progress.
- Reconcile projects regularly, provide internal status updates of the projects to Strategic Account Managers, and flag where activity has gone beyond the initial scope.
- Co-ordinate project set-up & kick-offs, to ensure projects are off to a good start.
- Support with upsell opportunities and value-added projects for clients, particularly proposal development.
- Act as the single point of contact internally for all assigned projects.
- Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation, and chase up delivery deadlines.
- Check the quality of the deliverables to ensure we are presenting the very best outcome to the client.
- Manage and track billable time towards servicing clients, ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated time.
The successful Project Manager should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven Project Management and client experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Can remain calm under pressure and problem solve
- Confident with using Apple software
- Be passionate about Digital Marketing
The Project Manager will be rewarded with a salary of £32-37,000, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
