SEN TA - Folkestone

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN TA to join a specialist school in Folkestone, supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.



The Role:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Assisting with learning, communication, and personal development

  • Helping to implement EHCP targets and tailored learning plans

  • Supporting pupils with sensory needs, routines, and emotional regulation

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEN team

  • Some roles may include personal care (training provided)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine interest in supporting children with complex needs

  • Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist setting

** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students

** 85 - 100 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only

** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship
