SEN TA - Folkestone
We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN TA to join a specialist school in Folkestone, supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting with learning, communication, and personal development
Helping to implement EHCP targets and tailored learning plans
Supporting pupils with sensory needs, routines, and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEN team
Some roles may include personal care (training provided)
The Ideal Candidate:
A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in supporting children with complex needs
Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist setting
** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
** 85 - 100 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only
** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship
