We’re working on behalf of a leading charity to recruit a skilled Management Accountant for a newly available permanent role within their finance team.
This is a key position, supporting the financial management of multiple entities and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing monthly management accounts for a group of charitable entities

Conducting variance analysis and providing management commentary

Assisting with year-end accounts and audit preparation

Supporting the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning

Producing regular cashflow forecasts

Working closely with the CFO on financial operations and reporting
What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in management accounting

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Comfortable working with complex budgets and multiple cost centres

Confident in cashflow forecasting and year-end processes

Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
