I am currently recruiting for a growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead their brigade for their quality gastro pub in the stunning New Forest countryside within easy commute from Salisbury, Bournemouth and Southampton.

The successful Head Chef must have strong experience for 2yrs+ as Snr Sous or Head Chef cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants with 3/4* hotel dining operations within a small kitchen team.

In this instance, applicants must have access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
