They are seeking a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across production, warehousing, and logistics. As a key member of the team, you’ll be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, maintaining high standards, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

As Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external quality and safety standards
- Oversee procurement and stock control of raw materials and packaging supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure smooth delivery operations
- Support senior management with strategic planning and operational insights
As Operations Manager, you will have:
- A solid background in manufacturing, ideally with experience handling raw materials
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar operations or production management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality compliance standards
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
