We're seeking an experienced Live-In Bar Manager to lead our bar within a cherished historic public house/hotel in East Sussex. This fantastic opportunity includes accommodation as part of the package, making it an attractive proposition for the right candidate!
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Leadership*: Manage and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- *Bar and Hotel Operations*: Oversee daily bar activities, stock control, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- *Customer Experience*: Create a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests and customers.
- *Financials*: Contribute to budget management and drive sales growth.
- *Compliance*: Ensure adherence to licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
*What We Offer*
- *Hourly Rate*: £12.21 per hour for 40+ hours per week.
- *Live-In Accommodation*: Valued at £10.66 per day (this will be deducted daily)
