Job Description
ITS Building peopleare looking for an experiencedPainter & Decoratorto assist our client with a project based inForest Row, West Sussex. Own transport would be beneficial but public transport is unavailable in this project.
ThisPainter & Decoratorcontract will be , Monday-Friday and there may be an option to work overtime.
Additional training and a full-time contract may be provided for the right candidates.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Prepare & treat surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling before applying finishes
- Apply paint, wallpaper, & decorative finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Mix and match paints & materials to achieve desired colours and textures
- Protect surrounding areas with coverings and ensure a clean, safe workspace
- Advise clients on colour schemes, materials, & decoration techniques
Requirements for the role
- Experience Painter & Decorator
- DBS Checked
- Experience Repairs and Maintenance
- The ability to perform physical manual labour if required
- You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided byITS Building Peoplefor a small fee.
- Own tools required
Training/Progression opportunities:
There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management

Where a range of rate of pay is quoted the level of experience, qualifications & related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted.
