What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily operations, including stock control, compliance, and store banking
- Lead and inspire a team of outdoor enthusiasts to deliver stand-out service
- Take ownership of visual merchandising and in-store promotions
- Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in retail management, ideally in outdoor gear, footwear, or apparel
- A genuine passion for customer experience and outdoor pursuits
- Leadership and coaching ability to help your team thrive
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for retail presentation
