We are keen to speak to Travel Sales Consultants from a luxury travel background with an understanding of luxury travel clientele.
The role:
* Converting enquiries into sales
* Invoicing, bookings administration and ensuring their timely payment
* Responding to incoming and generating outgoing client communications
* Maintaining client databases
* Compiling and production of tour booklets
* Generation and management of pre and post tour correspondence and setting up of client tour apps.
* Managing the office environment
Skills required:
* Experience in the travel industry and an understanding of luxury travel clientele.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to avoid unnecessary overtime.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and sales skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
The Package:
* Up to 30,000 dependent on experience
* Monday - Friday working hours (onsite)
* 25 days of paid annual leave.
