We are currently recruiting for a CNC Grinder Setter Operator on a permanent basis for our client based in in Fradley.
My client have state of the art 5 axis Tool & Cutter Grinding machinery, candidates therefore with experience with any of the following machines would be of interest; Walter, Rollomatic, Strausak, Saacke, Anca, United.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Time served apprenticeship ideally or required work experience (3 years machining).
- CNC Grinding - Ideally 5 axis Tool Grinding.
- Must be able to use all inspection equipment and read engineers drawings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Be able to maintain product specifications.
- Inspect all products produced, utilising the correct measuring devices.
- Ability to make machine adjustments and trouble shooting.
- Monitor product quality while manufacturing.
- Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose problems.
- Full knowledge of all tooling required, routine maintenance, and lubrication of all machinery.
4 days per week (37.5 hours), Monday to Thursday, hours of work are:
Monday: 09.00-18.00
Tuesday: 07.00-18.00
Weds: 07.00-18.00
Thursday: 07.00-12.00

a starting salary of £33,400 – 35,400 is on offer for the successful candidate (dependent on experience level).
