Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and under supervision.
The role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and may benefit from additional certifications such as lifting operations or other plant tickets.

Pay Rate: 20- 26ph PAYE/ PAYE UMBRELLA/ CIS UMBRELLA

Key Responsibilities:

Operate 360-degree tracked or wheeled excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
Carry out groundworks, trenching, drainage, grading, loading/unloading materials, and other related tasks.
Perform regular machine checks and basic maintenance.
Follow site safety rules, risk assessments, and method statements.
Coordinate with site management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Report any faults or defects with machinery immediately.
Adhere to health & safety legislation and company/site policies at all times.
