- Our client, a well-regarded plumbing and heating business, is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join their expanding team.
- The role involves scheduling job cards, managing workloads, handling technical calls, and overseeing stock control among other responsibilities.
- The position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, and confident IT skills.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays that increase with service.
Following continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Scheduler / Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule job cards for external engineering teams
Handle technical calls from both business and residential customers
Manage workloads using the in-house scheduling system
Respond promptly to customer emails and enquiries
Book parts and liaise with suppliers
Oversee stock control and manage new parts arriving into the business
Process invoices accurately
Prepare and manage new quotes
This role offers a basic salary of 30,000 - 32,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
20 days holiday plus bank holiday rising with service

Requirements:
Previous experience in similar role
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Confident IT skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload
