School Cleaner

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Helsby, committed to ensuring a clean, safe environment for students and staff.

What We Offer:

Hourly Rate: 12.21
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm - 6:15pm
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing with potential for permanent opportunities

Your Responsibilities:
As our Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our school. Your daily tasks will include:

Cleaning and Disinfecting: Ensure classrooms, toilets, and communal areas are spotless every day.
Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the school to keep them looking fresh.
Waste Management: Empty bins and dispose of waste safely, promoting a tidy environment.
Restocking Supplies: Refill soap, toilet paper, and other hygiene supplies to keep everything running smoothly.
Reporting Issues: Keep an eye out for maintenance or safety issues and report them to the site manager.

What We Need from You:
To thrive in this role, you should:

Hold an enhanced DBS check (a must!).
Be reliable, punctual, and proactive in your cleaning duties.
Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
