Adele Carr Recruitment is working closely with a well established manufacturing business in Frodsham who is looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Assistant / Sales Ledger Clerk to join their growing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to month-end close activities related to AR and cash collection
- Raise and issue accurate invoices
- Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue payments
- Build strong relationships with clients to resolve billing queries efficiently
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain ledger accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all billing data is complete and correct
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, sales ledger, or billing roles (ideally within professional services)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with finance or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
