Our well-established client are on the hunt for hard-working Membership Executives! Our client is looking for immediately available candidates with strong people skills and a confident phone manner to join their busy and friendly team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right applicants after three months.

Based in the newly built Business Park in Frome, our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high-profile membership organisations that reach out to businesses on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be working on a wide variety of client campaigns.
  • Responsible for making and receiving calls.
  • Taking payment details.
  • Sending emails to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keeping records fully up to date.

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear confident telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills and to be confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Someone with a positive attitude who is keen to deliver a high quality of work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.
  • You must be available to work for a minimum of six weeks.

Hours:

Monday to Friday. This is a full-time temporary position working 37.5 hours per week within our opening hours:9.00am to 7.00pm, Monday to Thursday.9.00am to 5.00pm, Fridays.10.00am to 4.00pm, Saturdays (fortnightly shift pattern).Your core working hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm two or three days a week, 11.00am to 7.00pm, two days a week and 10.00am to 4.00pm every other Saturday. Please note, when your shift includes a Saturday you will have a day off within the same week, so you are working for no more than 37.5 hours over five days. You may also have the opportunity to work additional hours at busy times.
