About the Role
You'll be joining a dedicated Art department that encourages creativity, experimentation, and independent thinking. The school promotes a broad and inclusive curriculum, with excellent facilities to support both traditional and contemporary art practices.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan and deliver engaging, imaginative lessons that inspire creativity
Support students in developing technical skills and personal expression
Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and academic progress
Promote a positive, inclusive, and visually stimulating learning environment

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design
Experience teaching Art up to GCSE level
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A passion for the arts and student development
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
