Fabricator/Welder – £15.00 to £16.00 per hour – Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30

We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join a busy and well-established workshop. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay and a steady weekday schedule — ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a hands-on role.

Pay & Hours:

  • £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 16:30 PM

  • Full-time, permanent role with overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIG/MAG welding of structural components to a high standard

  • Operating a variety of fabrication machinery (presses, rollers, saws, etc.)

  • Reading and working from engineering drawings and measurements

  • Carrying out fabrication tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines

  • Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding

  • Confident operating common fabrication machines in a standard workshop

  • Ability to read technical drawings and work independently

  • A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail

  • Previous experience in a structural or heavy fabrication setting is a bonus
