Our client is a local developer who specialise predominantly in high-end residential new builds. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking an accomplished Finishing Foreman to join them on a luxury housing development in The New Forest. It is important that you are multi-skilled, with a keen eye for detail when it comes to raising snag lists and have a hands on approach to getting things done / liaising with the relevant site teams to achieve completion.

Requirements:

Relevant experience
Multi-skilled tradesperson, with own tools
SSSTS or SMSTS
Own transport
