Requirements

The desired Year 2/3 Teacher (YR2/3) will have;

  • Experience teaching Year 2 or Year 3 - ideally both
  • Have experience or be comfortable teaching mixed year groups across two key stages
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have strong behaviour management strategies
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
  • Be willing to get stuck in and support the school in any areas in which support is needed, such as extra-curricular activities and subject leadership
  • Have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
