We are seeking an experienced Groundworker with their Dumper and Roller ticket to join our client on a busy project near Galashiels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work and is happy to work both on and off the machine.
Role Responsibilities
* Carry out general groundworks, including drainage installation.
* Operate both the dumper and the roller.
* Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
* Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines.
Essential Requirements
* Valid Dumper and Roller tickets - these are mandatory.
* Proven experience in groundworks, particularly drainage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
What We Offer
* Competitive pay at 21 per hour.
* Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
* Work starting in January and opportunity for long term contract across multiple sites in the area
