We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team based in Team Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a leading industrial distributor, supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of queries
- Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with good customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Contract Details:
- 12-week temporary contract with the potential to become permanent
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Based on-site at Team Valley
