Our client, a successful tech scale-up, cash generative SME, with a 拢10m turnover and employing 80 staff, is looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven CEO, supported by a first-class senior leadership team. We are looking to recruit a Divisional Managing Director to head their newly created division encompassing manufacturing, warehouse and e-commerce operations. As Divisional Managing Director, you will:
路 聽 聽 聽 Spearhead the strategic and operational leadership of the 拢3m t/o health products and merchandising division
路 聽 聽 聽 Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy聽
路 聽 聽 聽 Introduce a health product range
路 聽 聽 聽 Lead a team across Manufacturing, Warehouse, R&D and Sales
路 聽 聽 聽 Oversee the development and execution of e-commerce and retail strategies/operations/merchandising
路 聽 聽 聽 Manage the division's budget, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
路 聽 聽 聽 Manage supply chain operations
路 聽 聽 聽 Establish and optimise protein manufacturing capabilities
路 聽 聽 聽 Lead R&D initiatives to create innovative health supplement products
路 聽 聽 聽 Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to drive growth聽
路 聽 聽 聽 Ensure end-to-end excellence from product development to customer delivery
As Divisional Managing Director, you will need:
路 聽 聽 聽 Ideally a background in health products/food manufacturing, warehousing and sales
路 聽 聽 聽 Ideally an understanding of protein manufacturing processes and health supplements
路 聽 聽 聽 Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the health supplement industry
路 聽 聽 聽 Experience of digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms (preferable)
