About the Role:ARM is seeking a Civil Engineer/Technician to join a skilled team working across drainage, highways, earthworks, and external works design. You'll collaborate on a variety of residential, commercial, and extra care projects, lead 3D design efforts, and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed civil engineering designs for infrastructure projects.

  • Use 3D software (Civil 3D, PDS, MicroDrainage) to create innovative solutions.

  • Ensure designs meet UK regulations and project standards.

  • Support and guide junior team members.

About You:

  • 2+ years' consultancy experience.

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PDS, MicroDrainage, and Autotrack.

  • Knowledge of SuDS, Flood Risk Assessments, earthworks, and highways.

  • Experience liaising with local authorities and utilities (e.g., NWL).

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering; CSCS card preferred.
